Dr. Douglas Osofsky has been in private practice since 1985. He received his DPM degree from the New York College of Pediatric Medicine.

He has full medical and surgical privileges at Orange Regional Medical Center in Middletown, NY. Dr. Osofsky has been with Toback Podiatry since 2010.

Dr. Osofsky treats all phases of foot and ankle issues, both medically and surgically, in patients of all ages.
